Sunny King Room in Manchester - Great location

Our beautiful house is located in a nice and quiet street. The house is in a great location. It only takes 5 mins to walk to the tram stop. Manchester city centre is 18 mins away (tram every 6-8 mins). Stanley Square, nice pubs, restaurants and supermarkets all within 10 mins walk. Old Trafford stadium is 8 mins by tram. Trafford Centre, media city, Old Trafford are 10 - 15 mins driving/uber distance. The room itself is a nice and quiet room next to the garden with lots sunshine. Guest access The room is on the ground floor and there is a ground floor toilet, but the shower and bath are on the first floor.
