Comfort studio

This small accommodation allows you to stay halfway between Auxerre and the start of the Puisaye for a student, professional or tourist activity. Alone, as a couple or with your children, you will be welcome. The space You will occupy part of the ground floor of our house; we occupy the second floor. We offer a studio with a terrace that opens onto the common courtyard. Your check-in can be done independently. We can meet because we have the same courtyard and are open to any discussion. Guest access You have access to a parking space. Your accommodation is equipped with an entrance, shower room, separate toilet, equipped kitchen and main room with a double bed and sofa bed for 2 people. Other things to note We are in an almost white zone as far as cell phones are concerned. Calls and internet access are only via wifi. We appreciate the calm of our countryside and want to share it with you. We also count on your respect for the premises, the calm, and the neighborhood.
