The space Nestled in a charming, historic neighborhood between the Medical Center and Second Ward, this spacious home offers both privacy and comfort for your stay. The property is fully gated, providing a safe and secure environment. Guests will have exclusive access to the main house and the private driveway, with no shared access to the separate guest house on the property. Free parking is available inside the gated property for your convenience. The property shares a guest house that is also rented out here on Airbnb (pictured in the exterior picture of the house). The guest house is fully independent from the main house. They do not have access to the house nor do you have access to the guest house, ensuring that your privacy is fully respected. You would only share the driveway. Please also keep in mind before booking that the house is located in a very old, historically rich neighborhood that is currently undergoing changes. The area is up-and-coming, with many long-time residents who have lived here for generations. The neighborhood is lively, and while some neighbors enjoy spending time on the street, creating a bit of noise, it is a safe community. We respect the history and the people who have called this place home for so long. If this environment doesn’t align with what you’re looking for, we kindly ask that you consider other options to ensure you have the best experience possible.
