The space This property features a large, well-maintained space in a scenic country setting with landscaped grounds and a calm, quiet atmosphere. Guests enjoy a private room, with shared access to the kitchen, laundry room, and common living areas. There may be another tenant on the property during your stay. Guest access You will have your own private bedroom and private bathroom. The shared areas include the kitchen, laundry room, and living room area. There is also a shared spare room that is empty. The property is less than 5 minutes from downtown Newport where you can find a grocery store, restaurants, a Dunkin Donuts, other mini-marts, Aroma Joe's, Post Office, Public Library, Art Studio, Flower Shop, and Drug store. It is less than 15 minutes from Lake Sunapee and Mount Sunapee Ski Resort. In the summer, the Newport and Sunapee area offers wonderful swimming, fishing, hikes, craft fairs, farmers markets, golfing, zip lining, and other activities. In the winter, you can enjoy a short commute to a ski mountain included on Epic Pass. You can also ice skate and enjoy the Newport Winter Carnival. During your stay If you need to reach me, please message me on the Airbnb app and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I will message you before hand with notice if anyone will be coming on the property, i.e. pest control, electricians, plowing (in the winter), a new tenant moving into the other bedroom, etc. Other things to note There is a long-term tenant in the other portion of the house, however they share the laundry room. The kitchen now features a brand new rice cooker, air fryer, and slow cooker, for your convenience.
