The entrance is from the back of the villa from where you can access a large living and dining room set equipped and warmly decorated with fireplace, overlooking the large terrace, facing the sea and the pool. You will find in the next room a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area also overlooking the terrace and the pool. From the entrance, you will also have access to the four bedrooms spread over 3 levels: on the ground floor, two bedrooms face the mountain side; on the upper floor, the Master room is equipped with a balcony with sea view; on the lower floor a last large bedroom gives access to the garden and pool level. A large terrace and garden surround the pool dominated by a large Laricio pine. At the end of the garden, you will find a path leading down to the outbuilding of the house equipped with a bedroom and a private bathroom. Also note that the house has 2 enclosed parking spaces under the pool.
