The cottage is at the end of the village Lhota near Trutnov, in the Bezděkov part, under the forest, where it is quiet, the garden is lined with a ditch and beautiful nature is in the palm of your hand. You will be right at the trails of the Trutnov Trails bike park. Directly from the cottage, you can enter the forest with many hiking options, military bunkers, lookout towers and beautiful views of the Krkonoše Mountains. Within 20-30 minutes you have the famous ski centers, Pec pod Sněžkou and Adršpach. The cottage has 8 beds in 3 bedrooms with a spacious garden. The dominant feature of the cottage is the tower accessible from the room. The space The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 120 l refrigerators, a dishwasher and basic electrical appliances. In the living area, there is a large solid table with benches and chairs, where everyone will have plenty of space. The ground floor is heated by a fireplace or it is possible to use floor electric heating and in the bedrooms there are electric wall heaters. There is a toilet in the bathroom on the ground floor and another separate toilet upstairs. The cottage was renovated in 2023 and offers a beautiful quiet environment in nature on the edge of large forests. The price includes electricity up to 100 KW, which should cover basic needs in summer and winter when heating in the fireplace. Other things to note The price of accommodation includes bed linen and subsequent cleaning. However, the guest is obliged to clean the fireplace from ash and wash the dishes or at least put them in the dishwasher and turn on the washing and at the same time take out the garbage and not leave any food.
