You will be in the company of 2 independent cats who stay on the premises. Ideally located about 2 km from the lake and 7 km from the ocean, you can also enjoy the nearby shops. It offers all the usual amenities: a large, bright living room overlooking a terrace and a covered jacuzzi, 1 well-equipped kitchen and 3 beautiful bedrooms. The space The house is 109 m²; it overlooks a fenced garden but without a gate. Indeed, since there is no road in front of the house, there is no need to close it. You can easily park 3 cars in the parking lot (private). The house is fully equipped: entrance with cupboard, open kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, gas stove, electric coffee maker. Other things to note Our cats are very independent and you won't have to feed them. You may run into them often, but they are very nice. That's why we don't allow pets, because they're not lenders.
