The space ★ LOCATION ★ - UC Berkeley is around 1.1 miles / 5 mins drive / 15 mins walk. - Downtown Berkeley BART Station is around 0.5 miles / 2 mins drive / 10 mins walk - Downtown Oakland : 5 miles / 12 mins drive / 22 mins via Subway - San Francisco Bay Bridge : 8 miles / 12 mins drive ★ THE STUDIO ★ This is a private studio unit, that features a comfortable queen-size bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a standing shower. The compact kitchen is equipped with all you need, including a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. ★ HVAC ★ The unit has a wall hater. Please note that air conditioning is not available. ★ PARKING ★ Street parking only, beware of parking restriction of 2 hour parking 8am-7pm except weekends. That means between 10AM -5PM weekdays, you can only park up to 2 hours on the street outside the house. To find longer hour street parking, park at side streets. ★ LAUNDRY ★ We have a washer and dryer available in the laundry room.
