The lakefront cabin's private dock is in a calm cove on the 34MM where you can relax while taking in the spectacular main channel views, or try your luck fishing (or kayaking too)! Large slip available for your boat. Great location in a friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants & more!! The space Come stay for a relaxing winter getaway. The lake during winter is the most peaceful time of year! Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway as a couple, an unforgettable family vacation, or much needed time with friends….this is the place for you! I've personally designed this home to include many well thought out additional conveniences and amenities, even for the littlest of travelers, so you can feel at home while on vacation! This is the perfect getaway not just for summer, but all year long (great fishing, beautiful fall foliage, hiking, wineries and peaceful winters)! --OUTSIDE-- ✔Directly on the lake with a private dock featuring a BOAT SLIP, large swim platform, swim ladder and plenty of seating. The dock shed has a refrigerator too! ✔Lilypad, water floats, life jackets, fishing poles & tackle ✔Kayak + Paddleboard ✔Fire pit with firewood ✔Charcoal Grill (charcoal provided) ✔ Deck with dining table and sitting area--perfect for sipping morning coffee The lake side of the house faces east so you can view the most beautiful sunrises, and be shaded when relaxing in the evenings! --INSIDE-- ✔Fully stocked kitchen: kids dishes, cooking spices/oils, coffee/creamer/sugars/filters, tea, trash bags, dish soap, paper towels ✔Amenities: plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner & bodywash, toilet paper, hand soap, blow dryer ✔Pack n Play, high chair booster seat, nightlights ✔ Cozy mattresses & linens + blackout curtains ✔Sound machines, charging stations and fans in each bedroom ✔ Smart TV in Living Room ✔ Games, Toys & Books ✔ High-Speed Wi-Fi ✔ Air Conditioning & Heating ✔ Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, clothing steamer --NEARBY-- ✔Groceries and gas are just a few minutes up the road ✔Captain Ron's (restaurant, beach, kids area, live entertainment) is the next cove over ✔Plenty of other restaurant/entertainment options located within a short drive + The Strip & Ha Ha Tonka (great for hiking) are each ~20 minutes away. Please note that the boat slip has a lift that can accommodate certain types of boats. Please inquire if you'd like to use the slip. There are no issues tying up boats/jetskis on the dock as there is plenty of room and the cove is no wake Guest access All approved guests will have full private access to the entire house (excluding the garage). -ARRIVAL & PARKING- The drive is all highway until you turn off on our road, which is gravel for about a quarter mile until you get to the house. Parking is available directly in front of the home, and there is room for boat/jetski trailer parking -CONTACTLESS, KEYLESS ENTRY- To ensure a smooth and seamless check-in, you’ll receive a personal entry code that is only valid during your stay. Other things to note There are steps to and from the house, as well as to and from the dock.
