Great area for hiking, waterfalls, fishing, rafting, and seeing the beautiful nature that Pennsylvania has to offer! The space The Main Level of the home has a full kitchen equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. 12 kcups provided of various coffee. A stove top range with an oven. A full size refrigerator. All plates, bowls, cups. Pots and Pans for cooking as well as basic cooking utensils. 2 dining tables seating a total of 14 people. A Living area with a beautiful fireplace, smart TV, a sliding glass door that leads to the top deck. A hot tub, and full bathroom with a bathtub. 2 bedrooms: Both with 1 queen bed and a twin over double bunk bed. The 2nd floor of the home has a Master Bedroom with an En-Suite bathroom. This level also has a loft with two single beds making the 6th bedroom. The Lower Level of the home has the recreation room with a brand new pool table, gas fireplace, a Solid Wood Bar area, a smart TV, and many board games to entertains the whole group. This level also has 2 bedrooms - 1 with a comfortable futon double size and a TV. The other with a double bed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. This includes: Hot tub. It will be ready and hot for your arrival. Pool table. Grill (propane provided) All bedrooms, bathrooms, washer & dryer, indoor fireplace. Outdoor fire pit, front and back decks. The home is "turn key." Linens, pillows and kitchen appliances are provided. The guest will only need their shower and bath needs. If you have a question about what is provided at the home, just ask! Other things to note EXTRAS provided for your stay! Every reservation the house comes equipped with 12 coffee K-Cups! Bath Towels are provided. All bed linens are provided. We do not supply bathing soap, or and shampoo. 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 2 trash bags per reservation PROM RENTALS AVAILABLE! Must be 25 years or older to book. Separate contract must be signed for all prom rentals, senior week rentals, or any high school/college gatherings.
