We use the house ourselves on a daily basis, so expect homey coziness and there will be personal belongings in the house. In the house you will find everything you need for your vacation. There is an entrance hall, kitchen-living room, large bright living room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and 3 bedrooms. 1 room is private. In the kitchen there are cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. In the kitchen there is a dining table and in the living room a sofa and space for relaxation or play. There are two beds in each room. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and shower. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and dryer, which can be used freely during the stay. There is a garden, with terrace (table and chairs), sandbox, trampoline, playhouse, climbing frame and lawn. Free parking is available. It is a smoke-free and pet-free house. Guest access In the house you will find everything you need for your vacation. There is an entrance, kitchen-living room, large bright living room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and 3 bedrooms. 1 room is private. Other things to note The house is located on a closed residential road in the Seest area of Kolding. It is 2 km to Kolding pedestrian street. There are 350 m to shopping in Rema1000. The Seest Samling playground is 900 m from the house. There is Seest Bager, which is 900 m away. Possibility of walks in Ådalen, which is 700 m away. There is also beautiful nature and walks in Hylkedalen. In Kolding there is the Legeparken, Nicolai for children, Harteværket, Mountainbike routes, GoMonkey, Koldinghus, Slotssøbadet.
