Rest and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Hidden in the centre of Cromer with a beautiful secluded sun-trap yard to relax in after a few hours on the beach or a day trip out exploring the local area. Built in 1875, Crescent Cottage was originally the coach house to No.6 The Crescent, and then later became the Doctor’s house (he lived in the right hand side of the cottage and kept his pony and trap on the left hand side, hence the chimney is over the right hand side of the roof!) 🌙 The space Hallway/lobby Kitchen Lounge Separate 🚾 upstairs Double bedroom Single bedroom King size bedroom with freestanding bath and separate wash basin 🛁 Main bathroom with walk-in shower, pedestal basin and another toilet 🚽 Guest access This listing is for the use of the whole (detached) cottage, outside yard, garden shed and one parking space 🅿️ Other things to note On arrival, there is a parking space directly in front of the cottage. No permit is necessary and the parking space is right next to the fence and shed 🅿️ The heating and water is on constant and there is a Nest thermostat in the hallway. There is also an electric “wood effect” log burner in the lounge to make it look cosy in the evenings 🪵🔥 WiFi signal is excellent and the WiFi is located at the bottom of the stairs on the large stones and the password is on the router 🛜 All fresh bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels to use on the beach 🏖️ There is a picnic hamper and picnic rug you may use located in the hallway. Please ensure you wash and return the plates and utensils to the hamper after use! 🧺 In the garden shed there are beach toys, deck chairs, reclining chairs, beach shoes, a windbreak, a bbq and a parasol for you to use. Please return all items to the shed in a tidy condition so that others may use them and please try not to leave items behind on the beach! 🏖️ If it’s very hot dry weather and there’s no rain, we would be very grateful if the plants in the yard are watered 🪴🌸🌷 There are numerous board games, cards and PS2 games in the games cupboard in the lounge ♟️ We love dogs and have 4️⃣ of our own! We don’t however, love dogs on the sofa, the beds or upstairs!! Please refrain from letting your dog run upstairs or jump on the sofa 🛋️ there is a lovely large dog bed for you to use and dog balls and a frisbee 🥏 in the bench in the hallway🥎
