Availability changes often. Message me to check current availability. The space Our Desert Springs resort's one bedroom villa offers spectacular views from private balconies / patios. Our one bedroom villa offer a king bed in the bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. This resort has many pools and hot tubs for your enjoyment. IMPORTANT: This resort is 2 stories and there are no elevators. Staff is available to help you move in if you need assistance. Further, upon receiving your reservation #, you may call the resort and request 1st floor if desired. THE UNIT 1 Bedroom Villa - Approximately 1200 square feet - Sleeps 4 (2 privately) - Master suite ( king-size bed, TV, luxurious oversize soaking tub, and separate shower ) - Living Room ( sleeper sofa, TV ) - Fully equipped deluxe kitchen - Dining area usually accommodates 6, with breakfast bar for 2 (so you can have friends over to eat) - Private balcony or patio - Complementary WiFi - In-villa washer and dryer THE RESORT Parking Complementary, first come, first serve, up to 3 vehicles with free permits issued by the front desk. No access to JW Marriott during weekends ** If you are booking at the last minute (less than 7 days), please skim the Last Minute Reservations section of the Other Details to Note. I'm glad to attempt the booking but I won't risk my status to help you. Labor Day 2024 we booked 6 last minute reservations using my technique!!! ** Guest access Check-in at this resort in the same way you do any hotel / resort. Full guest privileges at this resort. The resort WILL REQUIRE your government ID / passport to have the same name as what we provide to them (it's OK to omit your middle name/initial), and more than one Airbnb policy necessitates we require your Airbnb name be the same as that on your ID. A $250 or so Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon check-in is required. The card is used if you charge things to your room or cause damage. This resort is cashless. If the named guest is under the age of 21, the resort will NOT allow you to check-in, and you will NOT receive a refund! Pools and hot tubs are open until at least 10 PM. But, ultimately, it is simply a resort policy, which can change from time to time. Other things to note ADDITIONAL FEES - In addition to what you pay via Airbnb, the resort may charge additional fees. As of February 2024 we are unaware of any mandatory fees - No valet parking, all parking is self park. NOTE -This resort does NOT include complimentary daily housekeeping in your price - Exchanging towels and / or linens for fresh ones at your door, $0 (free) - We charge no cleaning fees, but if you request special services from the resort, then you may incur fees. The following fees are estimates and will go directly to the resort and will be charged to the card you place on file when you check-in. Ask the resort for their current fee schedule before requesting extra services. - Replace linens and towels in your unit / on your bed, they do the work, about $40 - Tidy clean about $65 ( includes trash removal, vacuuming, starting dishwasher, NO linens / towels ) - Clean entire unit about $155 ( includes fresh towels and linens, trash removal, etc. ) UNIT ASSIGNMENT AND CHECK-IN - You may receive one or more reservation numbers. Multiple reservation numbers are more likely when booking stays of 7 days or more, especially during busy weekends. -If you receive two or more reservation numbers, it's essential to contact the resort and inform them of your preference not to change rooms. - While Marriott cannot guarantee your request, they will make every effort to accommodate it. - If this is a concern for you, please feel free to ask me about the number of reservation numbers you can expect before booking. - Once your booking is confirmed, I will request your full address, phone number, and email. This information is necessary for Marriott to transfer my reservation to you. You will receive an email notification from Marriott once the transfer is complete. - All check-in formalities will be taken care of by professional Marriott Staff at the resort. - The check-in process is very similar to any hotel / resort! * This timeshare resort will NOT tell ANYONE their villa assignment until arrival. You can request views, location, and features such as first floor or 2nd floor about 21 days before arrival, but they are not guaranteed. - This timeshare resort REQUIRES a credit card for incidentals, SEPARATE from any deposit Airbnb holds. - Images shown may differ from the actual room / view, but all villas are maintained in a uniform manner and are decorated similarly. - Since your reservation is via an owner, and not the hotel (which costs a lot more money), daily housekeeping is additional and payable locally. While you are not responsible for cleaning prior to check-out, any guest who damages anything or fails to maintain a standard level of cleanliness will be charged for said negligence. Also note you are agreeing to Marriott's Privacy policy: It can be found at www dot marriottvacationclubs dot com/s/privacy-policy ----------- REGULAR RESERVATIONS ------------- I book the room you want. Accept your stay request. And then to transfer the reservation from my name to yours, Marriott requires the following information, your full name, address, phone number, and email address. So, I will collect this from you as soon as I accept your reservation. You can either share it once the reservation is accepted or once I request it. In a few days, you will receive an email from Marriott with your reservation number and a description of what is booked. Please review it and make sure it is as your expect. ----------- LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS ------------- Last minute reservations are welcome, but YOU will have to do extra work. I define a last minute reservation as any reservation made in the prior 7 days before check-in. During peak vacationing times, it might stretch to 14 days. I'll inform. They cannot be attempted with less than 2 days notice. Steps to secure a last minute reservation 1.) Message me what property you would like to stay and the number of nights. 2.) I'll check inventory and confirm availability and / or supply alternatives that are available. 3.) If I have what you want, move to step 4. If not, tell me if you want one of the alternatives or to skip it. 4.) If you want to proceed, you will need to make a booking of any of my units more than 35 days out. My cancellation policy allows a full refund when made at least 30 days out so this reservation is fully cancellable. 5.) Since it is a real reservation, I do need to confirm it is available, if it is I'll secure it and accept your request. I will then ask for information required by Marriott to transfer a reservation to you. This must be the same information you want to use on the last minute reservation. 6.) Once the temporary reservation is accepted, you will respond with the fields Marriott requires (name, address, phone, and email). 7.) I will start the transfer of the actual, last minute reservation. 8.) You may now cancel the temporary reservation 9.) Once the last minute reservation is transferred to you, you may make your booking request for it or wait for me to send you an offer. 10.) If the reservation fails to transfer by the close of business the day before you reservation is to happen, I will not be able to fulfill your request and will inform you as such. Since I cannot control how long it takes Marriott to transfer the reservation (normally takes between 1 and 5 business days) 11.) In some cases, If it hasn't transferred, I can call the hotel and still finesse the process. If you wish me to do that, I can for an additional fee of $25.
