Room for an extra mattress on the floor. - Bedroom/Office/Living room: 120cm wide bed. Room for an extra mattress on the floor. Dining table and chairs ideal for office work. Exit to small porch. Fireplace, TV and big screen in this room are not for usage. Outdoor area / Garden / Courtyard: - Large undisturbed porch with partial superstructure with sofa group, dining table and day bed. Easy access from both the kitchen and the living room on the 1st floor. - The pool area is one level down, also undisturbed with its own sofa group and outdoor shower. The pool measures 7.5m far x 3.25 m wide and is 1.25 m deep. The gate out to the garden area is locked for safety reasons and should not be opened. - Garden with large grassy lawn. - Parking for up to 2 cars available in the rocked courtyard at the front of the house Nearby area: - Walking distance to playground, hiking areas, bus stop and Begby Senter with, among other things, grocery store, pharmacy and hairdresser. Golf, tennis, mini golf, and Kongstenbadet with outdoor pool are a short drive away (5 minutes). Don't miss the beautiful Old Town and its sights and restaurants just 7 minutes away by car. From Gamlebyen there is a free ferry across to the center of Fredrikstad. Enjoy the pier promenade and its many places to eat. By bus or car it is only 5 minutes away. Lots of great swimming areas a just a short car ride away: Vispen (7 min.), Humleskjærstranda (19min) and Bevø Camping (20 min.). Experience the amazing Hvaler archipelago, with only a 20-30 minute drive. Shopping in Sweden? Nordby shopping center is only 25 minutes away, and Strømstad 35 minutes by car.
