Relax in this quiet accommodation and come stay with us in this paradise called the Maraú Peninsula. Our house has a lot of comfort. Located in Taipu de Fora and just 1.5 km from the beach, where you will enjoy a sea of crystal clear waters with natural pools designed by corals, colorful fish and green coconut trees that complete the landscape. The space The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 suite with a double bed and air-conditioning and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air-conditioning, 3 bathrooms (suite, social and outdoor area). We offer an iron, washing machine, bed linen and bath towels. Combined living room space with TV, sofa, and kitchen equipped with all utensils including: pots, forks, knives, glasses and appliances such as: cooktop stove, refrigerator, electric oven, blender, microwave, among other essential items to meet your needs. The house offers a leisure area with a barbecue and swimming pool. Guest access The house is located on the main avenue of Taipu de Fora. Approximately 300 meters from the main entrance to Taipu de Fora. On the ground floor, there are commercial stores, and one of them is Taipu Farma, the first pharmacy in Taipu de Fora. Access to the house is via a side staircase, the house is on the 1st floor. Other things to note If possible, ask any questions regarding the stay before booking, and I will be available to answer them from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. as soon as possible. We advise guests to bring repellent, as mosquitoes may be present depending on the time of year. Most businesses: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries, work with credit card, debit, cash or pix. There is no bank branch, lottery house or ATM in the area. GARBAGE COLLECTION takes place Monday through Saturday in the morning, so I ask you to put out the garbage only the night before or on the morning of the collection day. Please leave your trash near the sidewalk along with the others for collection. PARKING: The house has parking in front of the house on the side. Parking in front of the house is not allowed because it belongs to the shops.
