Two blocks from historic downtown square, HEB grocery, and Lampasas Beer Market. Get the taste of old small town living w/ authentic neighbors, antique shops, parks, and locally-owned businesses. This little craftsman’s home was built in the 1950s with a newly remodeled interior offering original hard wood floors, two bath; two bedroom with one full bed; one twin with pull-out trundle. Kitchen has k-cup coffee maker, water, midnight snacks, freezer/frig, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher The space The entire home is three bedrooms and two bath, but one bedroom will remain locked because I still utilize it a couple of days a week for work. I will not use it when the AirBnB is rented. Guest access The guests will be the only ones at the house. Guests have access to two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, a small workroom, front porch and yard and backyard. Other things to note The house has free fiber internet, a Roku TV, and is centrally located in Lampasas. Most events are within walking distance like the downtown square, Saturday’s Farmer’s market, Beer Market, Saloon 37, antique shops, shopping, city parks, grocery store, and laundromat.
