The space 'ANUGRAHA HOME' is located in a spacious 13315 Sq.ft land at a scenic place with seasonal paddy fields, Mango Grove on either side, and Toad Hill Mountain peak that can be viewed from the terrace fairly closeby Toad Hill , Mountain peak trek is a nice trek as the path is clearly marked. Takes 2 hrs to go up. It has a 2 specious bedrooms for use ( one in the ground floor and other in the first floor, the 3rd bedroom in the ground floor is kept locked), living room, a central foyer to step into as you enter the home through the front door, TV room, dining room, pantry, 120 Sq.ft kitchen and an utility room with a washbasin counter and a washing machine. There is a cozy reading nook in the empty space under the stairs. The space can also be used by kids to set up their play plan for the day. It provides a television room in the TV room, air-conditionjng in the bedrooms, space for work on personal computers. The traditional outdoor space has mango, coconut, jackfruit, Rose apple, Bull's heart, Banana, starberry and Chikku trees. These naturally cultivated trees have formed a dense spreading canopy in the front of the house and that together with garden plants and grass provide you a perfect place for rest and relaxation with family.
