Guest access Guest(s) will choose their own code to use for the keyless front and rear doors (hosts will enter codes and any changes while guest remains in residence). Guest(s) have sole use of the studio and shared use of the courtyard, along with hosts and tenant, both who live in duplex on same property. Neither studio nor courtyard are wheelchair accessible; front entrance has 1 step up from sidewalk and there are 2 steps up to reach the closet and rear door from inside the studio. Other things to note Since courtyard/patio is shared with hosts and duplex tenant, everyone using the space and the equipment (gas firepit, grill & heater plus cantilevered umbrella) is asked to leave it in clean and orderly condition after each use, including covers on chairs. Only plastic or melamane dishes and cups are to be used. Instructions can be provided for proper use of all patio equipment upon request.
