Bed and breakfast in a large family house with a 2500 m² green island and terraces, located in Antibes/Juan-Les-Pins, a 10-minute walk from the sea. The house is fully equipped, with fireplace, barbecue, and outdoor vehicle parking. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one with private bathroom and TV. The kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom and laundry room are shared with the host. A haven of calm ideal to enjoy your vacation on the French Riviera! The space Maison Sénevé is spread over 3 levels: The entrance is through the staircase overlooking the furnished terrace, where you can enjoy an outdoor meal under a wooden arbor and a barbecue, as well as a very cozy armchair area under the banana tree. On the ground floor, a vestibule serves a fully equipped kitchen with a small side table, and a large living room with fireplace, TV, library and sound system, open to the terrace overlooking the lawn and access to the garden. On the -1, you will have access to the two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has its own open bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a TV and a wardrobe (the 2 bedrooms are reserved for guests of one and the same reservation). On this floor there is also: a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board; a large storage room; and an area with freezer and additional fridge. Upstairs, you will be able to share the bathroom with the host, equipped with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, two sinks and a toilet. The outside of the house offers a rare oasis of greenery with fruit trees, deckchairs to relax in the sun, and space to enjoy friendly outdoor activities for young and old! Large parking area in front of the house can accommodate 5-6 vehicles. The house offers plenty of space to relax quietly, in the sun under the song of cicadas in summer, or in the hollow of the fireplace in winter. We hope to welcome you soon! Guest access The two bedrooms on -1 are reserved for guests, common areas such as the kitchen, living room, bathroom on +1, laundry room and outdoor spaces are shared with the host living on site. Check-in will be with the host to explain everything to you. During your stay Jean-François will be at your disposal if you need any assistance during your stay. Other things to note The nearest beaches of Juan-Les-Pins are only a 10-minute walk/5-minute drive, those of Cap d'Antibes and the coastal trail are a 20-minute drive. Viel Antibes is a 10-minute drive. The city of Cannes is 20 minutes away. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 30 minutes away by car, taking the highway that will also allow you to reach Monaco, Nice and its beautiful hinterland as well as Italy, or in the other direction Cannes and the Saint-Tropez region. The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. We count on you to respect the neighborhood and preserve the surrounding calm.
