I traded properties with my son and my new Airbnb is 1 mile down the road at 5320 Chambersburg Rd, which is Route 30. The space There are 5 bedrooms avalable to rent individually. Rooms can accomodate from 2 to 4 people depending on the particular room. Each room has its own private bathroom. The entire house can accomodate up to 14 people. No more than 4 guests in one room. The rate listed is for one room per night. Multiple rooms can be booked to accomodate a larger party. Guest access Besides the comfortable bedrooms and private baths each guest can share the common area that includes a fully stocked kitchen with pans, cooking utensils, tools, all the essentials to make a nice meal. The kitchen is large with a large island. Included in the Common area is a dining room with a keurig Coffee Maker that has pods for coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. The living room has a large curved TV with several comfortable sitting areas. There is a comfortable front porch with sitting area. Several places to sit on the 2 acres and enjoy all of the flower beds. Each room has a HEPA Air Filter System. Easy diagonal parking on the side of the driveway. If you are towing something or have a U-Haul, no proplem, the property can accomdate that as well. There is a 1,000 sq. ft. retreat that can be rented for activities and the owner has a Quilting Studio where she makes T-Shirt and Memory Quilts. During your stay The owner is an older woman who lives on the property in the Carriage house, she is almost always on the property and can be reached at or you can go to Eleanorsretreatcom She also has an assistant that lives on the property, so between both of them you will always have someone who can help you with any problems or needs.
