The apartment is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops and idyllic small cafes. Short distance to bus stop and a private parking space. 45 minutes from the airport, 35 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo The space Apartment with access to all rooms in the middle of Grimstad city center. Renovated in May 2024, with modern amenities and old-fashioned charm. Here you sleep well, and can walk to most of what Grimstad has to offer. Grimstad is the perfect place for good food and drink, water activities, hiking and cycling. There are several great beaches that you can reach both on foot and by bus. Guest access The entire apartment is rented out to our guests. The porch has a private area that is separated from the neighbor's outdoor area. A private parking space is included with the apartment. For additional cars there is plenty of space in Arresten parking garage which is one minute walk from the apartment. Other things to note Grimstad is a lively summer town, and there may be some noise from street level. The apartment and porch are a strictly non-smoking area. The wooden house development in Grimstad city center is under special surveillance for fire, and sensors for smoke and fire are deployed both indoors and outdoors. Smoking, use of candles and barbecue outside the specified area will result in automatic call-out from the fire department, and a fine of NOK 1,000 that will be charged to the guests.
