It is well located, next to the TITRI bus terminal and shops, bars and restaurants of all kinds, it is also close to the university (UFSC) and the Villa Romana mall. With a living room, barbecue area and a large outdoor area with a beautiful view. It is in a gated community with a sports court, garage and gate.
