The space This beautiful beach front apartment is located on the 3rd floor giving it an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean, and a place where you can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The complex has 24 hrs security, playground area for children, quiet place where you can enjoy the majestic sound of the ocean waves. It 3 comfortable bedrooms with a/c. We offer smart TV with wifi and cable. Balcony overlooking the Beach. We offer all the amenities needed to make your stay unforgettable. Because of the accommodation flexibility of this apartment makes it great for one couple, two couples, one couple with kids, two couples with kids and for a large group of friends or a family of up to 8 members. (price vary depending on number of guests). IMPORTANT NOTICE; YOU DO NOT GET THE WHOLE APARTMENT JUST FOR BOOKING. APARTMENT ACCESS IS GRANTED BASED ON THE NEEDS OF YOUR GROUP. Guest access IMPORTANCE NOTICE!! MUST READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING!! This is a 3 bedroom apartment in which you choose to use 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms depending on your needs for guests. The price per night and cleaning fee will vary per guest (3 or more). One bedroom option will give you access to the master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, Livingroom balcony and 2nd bathroom. For the next additional room, you can choose between one with 4 single beds. The other room is a bedroom with a queen size bed. The rooms are open and available to you according to your group composition. Example; 2 adult couples get 2 rooms. with double beds each. One adult couple with 2 to 4 children gets 2 rooms (one with one doble bed and other room with single beds) If your group has 7 to 8 guests, then all rooms will be open and available to use. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. Couple= 2 persons sleeping in the same bed You will NOT share the apartment with anyone else at any moment. Other things to note MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! This apartment has a great location on a lower floor of the building with great fresh sea breeze. Also has a large living area for a comfortable dining and living experience. Puerto Rico has a weak electrical grid and rolling black outs may happen. Most power outages are less than 3 hours, but 2 to 4 hours is the average time for a power outage. We also do not give refunds for constructions that may happen on the building or other apartments since we are not notify of the work that is or may be done.
