Take a few steps down and hang out in the family lounge area with the reclining couch that sits in front of the fireplace and 50” Smart TV or play some competitive board games with the fam. There is a computer desk set up (family lounge area) if you need to catch up with work. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 of them have queen beds with dressers and TVs. The third bedroom is the bunkhouse room that has 3 twin beds for the kids or whoever wants to hangout or get some sleep. The first bathroom is upstairs with the bedrooms and across from bathroom is where the thermostat ,to control your comfort, is located. The second bathroom is downstairs off the family room just before the 4th bedroom. The door to get to basement is outside second bath, where the washer and dryer are located. There is a treadmill (turn knob to start treadmill and push in red key to start ) and row machine with yoga mat to use and beside that is the weight rack , along with a dart board game and basketball arcade game all in the basement. Out from the family room there is a gas grill (grill utensils in kitchen bottom doors under silver ware drawer ) that can be used at any time along with a few chairs and table to use to sit around as you grill or hang out. If you want to use the patio awning, there is a metal rod ( on top of brick wall) that can be used to manually roll out awning. Outside there is a basketball hoop for a game of horse. Or grab the boards for a game of cornhole. If you’re into fishing bring your pole and fish from shore behind the property. (Please stay within the property’s property line. Which is from the end of the chain link fence over to tree line and bushes). Campfire with chairs and extra wood in backyard for campfire stories and s’mores! Our property is a short 26 minute drive to Notre Dame University for anyone wanting to watch a great game of college sports action! We hope that you enjoy your stay! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS! Guest access Guests can use the whole house as part of their stay. The garage can accessible for an extra fee of $50 or when kayaks are requested. Other things to note Please always be aware of where your kids are! Property is close to a channel of water. Property does have a fenced area.
