Casa Palma, a spacious 220m2/2400sq feet apartment, built in 2023, where you can enjoy your holiday in luxury including the large living room with ample seating. Whether it is relaxing on the comfortable patio furniture on the large balcony deck or feeling like you are a million miles away while lounging at the roof top pool overlooking the beautiful Bay of Banderas. The space Inside the apartment you will find that the high ceilings create the feeling of freedom and space. The well equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home cooked meals, but many restaurants are just a short distance away. The home away from home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which 2 are ensuite. 2 of the bedrooms have comfortable king beds, and 1 bedroom has 2 comfortable queen beds, providing a restful sleeping arrangement for a maximum of 8 guests. The oversized dining table also provides for seating of 8 persons. Other things to note You can stroll on the beautiful beach just a block away, visit the marina land fish market less than a 5 minutes walk away, or discovering the hidden treasures of our quaint Mexican fishing village La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Other villages and cities, like Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta, are easily accessible by local bus or taxi/Uber. Minimum stay 1 week max 4 weeks longer possible on request.
