Island Apartment in Coolidge, 2mins to Beach

Nestled behind Dutchman's Bay beach & within walking distance of two local eateries, our property offers a slice of authentic island living. A tranquil oasis in a calm and friendly community, perfect for guests who want an Antiguan experience that goes “beyond the travel brochures,” while being close to so much of what our beautiful island is famous for. Note, we are not affiliated with "Dutchman's Bay Cottages". The space Open plan studio cottage, with separate, private bathroom and outside courtyard. Guest access The cottage is self contained with a small outside courtyard for hanging washing and dining outside. Other things to note We provide a welcome pack within the Guest House, which offers a range of information about both the accomodation and the island. A directory of what the island has to offer is contained within the pack, including information re food stores, art galleries, activities, local eateries, coffee spots, bars/breweries, tours, shops and more. We have taken the liberty of including six suggested day itineraries and are always available to offer ideas of things to see/do on the island. We offer are a number of additional extras, that you are able to purchase during your stay, pending availability. Extras include; beach coolers (filled with local beer, local fruit juice, fresh baguettes and seasonal fruit), weekend breakfast deliveries and means of staying connected (i.e. sim card information). Please note, Dutchman’s Bay Beach is subject to seaweed. The beach is cleaned regularly but despite our best efforts, we cannot always confirm that seaweed won’t be present. Fortunately we have 365 beaches, one for each day of the year, for you to enjoy! Whilst we are in walking distance of a beach front and two local restaurants, we recommend that our guests hire a car to make the most of all the island has to offer.
