Colle ai Lecci: Apartment Manu

Ap. Manu is a cozy refurbished flat in a renovated Italian farm house in the heart of Tuscany. You will find a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa, dining table, as well as a private outdoor garden. Colle ai Lecci resembles a little village, also known as an Italian „borgo“, where one can find ateliers, an organic garden, olive groves, a refreshing swimming pool, all in close contact to nature. The space Colle ai Lecci is a place where a collective of people create projects that reframe the way we live and interact. Our project is unfolding since the creation of Colle ai Lecci in the beginning of 2022. The transformation of a former winery into a creative place that sets the stage for a new concept of living and working together. Three simple Italian farm houses will revive as a „borgo“, a little village with an atelier, organic garden, olive groves and close contact to nature. We begin to assemble a community of designers, farmers, artists, artisans, architects and other creative minds, whose work engages with pureness toward a resetting of values. Guest access Colle ai Lecci offers also the use of the following: GARDEN / POOL The use of the garden and the swimming pool is included in the room rental. Pool towels are provided in the room. NATURE The olive grove adjacent to the buildings, is available for relaxing in a hammock or having a meal amongst the olive trees. If you feel like a refreshing walk through our oak forrest, we can gladly provide trail tips. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Colle ai Lecci does not serve food, but a wide selection of drinks is always available for self-serve. The fridge is located in our kitchen on the ground floor of the main building. SPECIAL EVENTS We will be happy to keep you informed about special events such as cooking classes, workshops, movie nights, concerts etc. We would be happy to have you join us and get involved! PURE LIVING The lifestyle in Colle ai Lecci aims to get closer to nature, simple values, rediscovering the senses and slowness of being. For this none of our apartments have a television.
