The space Will accommodate 1 night stay please message me. About this space A cosy suite with open plan living & kitchen with a separate toilet and shower room. Access to a private patio area with table and chairs. Ava Lodge has everything that you will need for a short break or long stay. Kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric hob, air fryer, microwave & sink with mixer tap. We also include tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning products, tea towel, bin, plates, bowels, salt and pepper, cups, glasses, wine glass, pans, cutlery and utensils, toaster and kettle. Lounge TV with netflix & Disney. Dressing/working table and chair with mirror. Two seater sofa and occasional table. We have also added a fold away dining table to make your stay more enjoyable. Bathroom Shower, wc, hand basin and full length mirror. Towels can be provided for an extra cost, or you may wish to bring your own. Included as standard hand towel and shower mat only. Shower gel also provided. Bedroom area Double bed with Emma Mattress. Side tables and a wardrobe. This space is cozy and comfortable and peaceful. Outdoor space we supply an outdoor sofa set plus a bistro set for outdoor dining. The space is paved with natural slate slabs and is a little sun trap, perfect for those summer days./nights. Please note the bistro set and cushions for the sofa set are stored away during the months of Oct - Mar to prevent damage during the colder, wetter months. Location 5 mins walk from the train station and local shops and a 5/10 minutes from the beach, or a 2 min drive if you prefer to drive. Clacton pier is around a 15 min drive and you also have neighbouring Walton on the Naze. Additional information. We can loan camping chairs and beach trolley for an additional charge. Let me know prior to your stay if you wish to loan. The accommodation has its own private access which is to the right of our property entrance and can be accessed using a key safe and then your keys will be in a key safe box by the entrance. The accommodation cannot be accessed via the main house. It is completely separate and is self contained. However, does form part of a functioning family home. Freshly laundered bedding is always provided prior to your stay. Central heating is on in the winter but controlled by the main house. If this is too much you can turn it down or off using the thermalstat at the side of the radiator. The heating is set to 19c throughout the winter months. The NHS recommends the ideal room temperature should be between 18-21°. If you are cool I will always put the heating on upon request. The accommodation is yours to come and go as you please however, please can I ask that you unplug all items when leaving the property. In addition, I ask all guest to treat this space with the upmost respect. It has been created with much love and attention. This accommodation is only suitable for two persons. If you wish for an addition person to stay (max 3 people) please ask. You will need to provide your own pop up bed and bedding. The accommodation is yours exclusively while you’re booked in and we will keep our daughter and small dogs as quiet as we can, and always stay out of your way. We are of course approachable and welcoming. We want you to have the best time so if any element of your stay was not what you expected please let me know. Wi fi included as standard. Guest access Access via the right of the property. Parking also to the right of the property. One space available. All info regarding your booking will be sent the day before. Other things to note We allow an infant however you will need to bring your own cot bed, this is not supplied. There will be no extra charge for your infant.
