Welcome to The Griffin! A modern chalet in Hidden Hamlet just outside of Nub's Nob, minutes from Boyne Highlands. Enjoy modern amenities while being close to area ski hills, golf courses, hiking trails and being just a few miles from downtown Harbor Springs. Nestled amongst the trees, The Griffin has a modern, yet comfy vibe w/3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bdrm (queen) and bath is on the main level w/kitchen and living space. Lower levels has 2 bdrms (queen, 2 twins) + 2nd full bath. The space The Griffin Chalet was recently updated with a modern vibe and lots of amenities to help you have a very comfortable stay! On the lower level (street level) are two bedrooms, a full bath (with bath tub) and an open lounge area with a poker table and bumper pool and games. On the main level there is another bedroom, another full bath (with bath tub), a fully updated kitchen that opens up to the dining and living room area with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a coffee nook with a Nespresso machine and coffee and espresso pods as well as a FELLOW electric pour over kettle. The house also has some basic spice essentials available for guest use. The house is wifi enabled and the TV has access to YouTubeTV and Netflix. The bedding throughout the house is from West Elm, Zara and Ikea with memory foam beds throughout. Bath linens are from Olive + Linen. The house has laundry soap and an all-in-one washer / dryer unit for guests to use during their stay if needed. Outside the house is surrounded by trees with a creek running behind the house through the property. Whether you are outside or keeping cozy in front of the fireplace, spend your time making memories amongst the four-season beauty and recreation of Northern Michigan. We are a 1 minute drive to Nubs Nob. Across the way from Boyne Highland’s. And 10 minutes to downtown Petoskey or Harbor Springs as well as trails, nature preserves, golf courses, wineries/breweries, and more. Guest Access There are stairs to get to the main living area upstairs so please take into consideration when booking. Guests will be able to park in the driveway but do not have access to garage or owners closet inside. Other Things To Note During the winter months there is a shovel outside the side door - be prepared to shovel your way in if it's a snowy arrival! Our driveway and road gets plowed but you'll need to be prepared that it may not be first thing in the AM. This is a relatively quiet neighborhood – absolutely no parties/large gatherings beyond registered guests. The Griffin Chalet has a NO-SMOKING policy We love our fur friends but The Griffin has a NO-PET policy.
