Upon entering, you are greeted with the open and spacious layout that allows for entertaining guests, watching football games, and/or celebrating that new Aggie Grad! The living room equips you with all new furniture and adorable décor for your comfort; take note of the fresh paint, carpet and fixtures throughout the home. The dining area provides seating for 4 guests with 2 additional bar chairs, all located by the living room which creates enough space for everyone! The well-appointed fully furnished kitchen has freshly painted cabinetry and a pantry for your groceries during your stay. A keurig is available for you with a variety of coffees to choose from. The first-floor bedroom features a king bed and has a full bathroom located just across the hall. Upstairs find two bedrooms, one featuring a king size bed and the other 2 queen size beds and private baths. The bedroom with the 2 queen beds also has a work area with desk, chair and laser b/w printer for your use. All the bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your use as well as a magnifying mirror and blow dryer. The living room area features a large couch, large chair with ottoman and 64" smart T.V. with guest access to Netflix and other apps. There is also a selection of board games and books to use during your stay. The property has actively recording cameras outdoors only overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video.
