The highlight of the condo is the private outdoor rooftop terrace. It has a great breakfast bar for morning coffees, a swing chair for watching sunsets and a dining table. Please REMEMBER it is outdoors so not usable in the rain. The rooms of the condo are not huge but plenty of space and cozy. Girls love the Teddy bears. The upper bedroom is very open which gives separate living spaces. Perfect for 2 people if some personal space is needed. Big windows create a nice and bright feel. The space Leave your musical instruments at home as there is a piano and guitar for guest use. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook or heat up food. Downstairs has cable and a TV box which is perfect for watching Netflix and YouTube. No TV box upstairs but it has cable channels and a rear HDMI cable to plug your computer into for your own movies on the television. The television is hooked up to stereo speakers which makes for great sound from the TV. Your phone can also be connected via bluetooth so you can fill the condo with really great quality music. No stress about noise levels. Very thick walls means your neighbours hear nothing. The property is overlooking a quiet street below. It's great for people watching and the windows are sealed off for sound proofing. There has never been a noise issue from any tenant in 18 months. Cupboards on both levels means you don't have to be going up and down stairs all day. Everything but a bed is on the lower level. The bed is the biggest bed in Angeles City. Have some fun and throw your girlfriend up there. Girls think it's great fun. You can see it in the pictures. It's not too high unless you're a dwarf....lol. Enjoy something unique. You're on vacation...... Guest access The condo is in Kandi Chatsworth. It is the quietest part of Kandi which is great. A pool outside your door has a pool bar. The only pool bar in Kandi with BYO drinks. 90 percent of the time you have that to yourself. A private hallway leads to Grosvenor which is the most popular pool area. It's a minute walk from your condo. It's a fun pool to hangout but can get noisy so it's nice to stay next door and escape the noise in your condo next door. All Kandi facilities are allowed to be used. There is car parking, restaurants, gyms and pools all on the one street. Everything is within a few minutes walk. There is a private guard and daily house keeping is available. Just ask the cleaners when you would like them to clean the condo. If you have any problems please do not go to the Kandi front desk. We are a private rental and Kandi cannot assist you. Please message me and any problems will be sorted out immediately. In less time than Kandi management...lol. Other things to note Please turn off all lights and air-conditioning when not in use. Please keep the unit as clean as possible. No smoking inside the unit penalty may occur.
