Le Pavillon is a detached loft-style house, with its own private garden. Located near the lake, it offers an original setting for a memorable stay. The space The Pavilion is conveniently located in the center of Neuchâtel; less than 400 m from the train station, the beach, all amenities and the Casino. It consists of a large open room with different spaces: living room with fireplace, bedroom (queen size bed, 2 duvets), dining room and office. It is possible to install an extra bed for a 3rd person on request. You will also find a library (books and games), Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee machine, everything you need to cook, etc.) and the bathroom has a bathtub, as well as a washing machine and dryer. During the summer, you can enjoy the private garden with its terrace equipped with sun loungers, a barbecue, a dining area as well as its naturally shaded pergola. For breakfast, you will find a bakery open daily, 20 meters from the Pavilion. We provide you with a lot of information about activities in the area, whether sports, cultural or gastronomic. The residence permit gives you free access to public transport and many museums. The Pavilion does not have a private parking space. If you come by car, you can use one of the paid parking lots nearby (12 CHF/day, free on Sundays). Finally, your hosts will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Guest access The property is fully accessible. Other things to note We may meet during your stay to take out the compost and for garden maintenance, subject to your agreement of course.
