Four bedrooms sleep 8 across two king rooms, a twin and a further twin room - a flexible configuration that suits mixed groups well. Two bathrooms serve the house: a wet room upstairs and a downstairs bathroom with separate shower and bath, which also makes the cottage well suited to guests who can't manage stairs. Outside, the fully enclosed garden is one of the property's strongest assets - secure for dogs and children, private, and a lovely place to sit on a Suffolk summer evening. The driveway has an EV charger, which remains relatively rare in this part of the world and worth knowing about before you travel. There's also a large shed for storing bikes if you're here for the cycling. Walking paths start literally across the road. Southwold is 10 minutes by car, Walberswick and Dunwich are equally close, and Aldeburgh, Snape Maltings and Framlingham are all within 30 minutes for days out.
