Our brand new spacious yet cozy lower Guest Suite offers you plenty of room to spread out, prepare meals, relax, recharge and act as your home-base as you make unforgettable memories. With a second bedroom for the children, you can enjoy Netflix or Prime while they're peacefully slumbering. Located in a safe and family-friendly neighbourhood, you're just a short drive away from beaches, parks, Swartz Bay Ferry, Butchart Gardens and of course, Victoria! The space Set up to be the perfect space for a family or two couples, with everything you'll need. We're less than a 10 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes from Swartz Bay Terminal (ferry). It's a perfect spot to launch your travel heading off the island as well as start it when you arrive. We are a mature couple who live upstairs so you can be assured of a quiet and peaceful stay. Guest access You'll have the whole suite to yourselves with your own private entrance. The backyard features your own secluded patio area complete with 4 comfortable deck chairs, as well as a propane bbq and fire pit. The keypad lock allows you entry anytime after 3 pm and if it's late, we'll leave the light on for you! Other things to note "The Last Resort" is in full compliance with British Columbia's Short-Term Rental Accommodations Act. Our suite is not impacted by the upcoming changes to the act so you can rest assured that your booking will not be cancelled.
