Perfect for families and groups visiting Ithaca. The upper unit shares a front entry with the lower unit but has its own private indoor entrance for full privacy and comfort. Relax in a bright, open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, free parking, and everything you need for a cozy stay. The space Step outside to enjoy our spacious backyard, perfect for relaxing and outdoor activities. The balcony is ideal for dining or lounging with a morning coffee while taking in views of the lush surroundings. Fire up the grill for a barbecue with family and friends, or watch the kids play freely on the expansive lawn. Adjacent to the property, you'll find a playground and walking trail, making it easy to stay active and entertained without venturing far. Explore the nearby parks and trails for hiking, picnicking, and scenic nature walks. Downtown Ithaca's shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions are just a short drive away, offering even more opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. Pet Policy 🐾 We’re pet-friendly! Maximum 2 well-behaved dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $199. Please note: • Dogs may not be left unattended in the home. • No dogs on furniture or bedding, please. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests! Guest access For easier arrival, we sometimes leave the interior door open so guests don’t have to juggle luggage and keys at the same time. The exterior door is always locked by smart lock, and a spare key is available in the lockbox if you’d like to secure the inner door once inside. Other things to note We live on-site in the lower unit of the house, as required by the Town of Ithaca for short-term rentals. You may occasionally see our personal vehicles parked in the right side of the driveway. We always respect our guests’ privacy, and the entire upstairs unit is fully private and self-contained.
