Whether you’re looking for a getaway, a place to study, or a place to stay while working in the area, our 3-bedroom home is perfect for you! Located in Holder, the home is a 7 minute drive from Waikerie’s town center, within walking distance of Maize Island Lagoon Conservation Park and a 2 minute drive from the Waikerie Ski Beach at Holder Bend. The space Brock’s B&B is the perfect location for family or friends to spend quality time together. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and two with two sets of single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for all stays with an oven, microwave, kettle, juicer and two fridges/freezers, toasters, crockery, cutlery, cookware, and glassware. Two small dining tables, one for four people and one for three people. The lounge room features a large leather L-shaped couch with a smart TV, as well as a bookshelf filled with movies for all ages. The bathroom is fully functional, with a separate toilet, and laundry which contains cleaning supplies, a washing machine and clothes line great for longer stays! Brock’s B&B is fully airconditioned for the Riverland’s warmer days, while a wood fire is ready to ignite for the cooler nights, making any stay comfortable. Shaded outdoor dining, with a BBQ overlooking the garden and vineyard will have you feeling at home during your stay at Brock’s B&B. We also supply breakfast basics, such as bread, milk, butter, oranges, lemons, tea, coffee and spreads! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and gardens, but both sheds are no access.
