Located in an upscale, walkable area just 3 blocks from the train and minutes from Chicago, this is the perfect place for a large family or group. You will have to 2 of the 3 apartments that can host up to 8 people. On the first floor, we have a lovely one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, a queen & a twin bed and full bathroom. Right below it, our newly remodeled basement studio has a queen & a king bed, kitchenette and full bathroom. Both units have sofa beds. Free parking for two cars. The space This historic home is divided into three units. With this rental you have access to the first floor apartment and the basement studio apartment. We live in the top unit, which is convenient if you need anything during your stay. You will likely see us around the property. Guest access You can access the units from the front door or the back entrance. Both doors are equipped with electric bolts.
