The space The townhouse is located on a quiet street, inside Caribbean Suites and Marina Beach, which has 24-hour private security, wonderful social areas, including an artificial canal, free-flowing gardens with a wide variety of local flora and fauna, and the longest pier in the area with beach included. It is a lodging especially focused on family groups with children and/or older adults, with all the necessary amenities to make them feel at home in a very safe and quiet environment. It is ideal for long stays, either for vacations or teleworking, as we have all the comforts to make you feel at home. It has a prime location as it has a shopping center with bakery, still life, liquor store, sale of empanadas, etc. And it is 2 minutes from Luxor supermarket and 5 minutes from the town of Tucacas. Upper Floor: Bedroom 1: a double bed with an en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2: one double bed (shared bathroom) Bedroom 3: two single beds (shared bathroom) Family room: 4 sofa beds. The property has a semi-private garden that overlooks a canal that connects with all the gardens of the complex, where you can see a great variety of fauna (birds, fish, iguanas, turtles, among others) and flora (a great variety of palm trees, mangroves, beach grapes, different flowers and shrubs). All utensils and furniture inside the townhouse are for EXCLUSIVE USE INSIDE THE TOWNHOUSE, i.e. they must not be removed from the property. The complex has free-use grills for guests and owners, located in the saltwater pool. If you wish to use them, we recommend that you bring all the necessary utensils, since we do not have them inside the townhouse. Additional services: 1.- We offer a sports boat or yacht service, from 21 to 42 feet, depending on the budget you have. With a captain and a crew member at your disposal to tour the keys and shallows of Morrocoy National Park in full day format (from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). Prices vary depending on the season, the boat chosen, and the number of people. We have more than 10 years working in the development of tourism in the area and we recommend taking boats with our service as we guarantee your safety and quality. Avoid being scammed or traveling on boats or yachts that are not in good condition. In Tucacas, "cheap is expensive". 2.- There is also the option of peñeros (artisanal boats) with trusted captains, certified and complying with all the guaranteed safety measures, with a service of transportation in the morning and pick-up at the agreed time to a specific key or full day tours. 3.- We coordinate ground transportation from your city of origin to Tucacas and back to your city of origin or your next destination within Venezuela. Guest access Important: The rental price is for the use of the house, that is, in this way you are ONLY being charged for the accommodation and that is why we are 100% responsible, this being the aspect that you must take into account when evaluating your stay. However, guests have the right to purchase a bracelet that costs $5 per person for access to the social areas, which includes a giant freshwater pool for children and adults, a saltwater pool, a variety of restaurants, sports courts in the sand, a park, barbecues, and an exit to the beach, among others, in order to control access established by the complex's administration and is paid directly in the administrative offices. The water slide and the entire pool volcano area are NOT operational at the moment. This payment is NOT mandatory, it is only if you want to take advantage of these areas, which despite not being in perfect condition, are in an advanced stage of recovery. Additionally, access is enabled to the most spectacular pier in the area, almost 1 km long, with 2 small beaches on an islet at the end of it. If the group is larger than 14 guests, we have additional townhouses and apartments in the same condominium, with similar features and dimensions, which also have all the amenities. We are also VERY strict regarding the number of people who can enter the Townhouse. Attempting to pass more people than indicated at the time of booking will be considered fraud, the reservation will be canceled and the money will not be refunded. In addition, guests are not allowed access to the complex's facilities, that is, only people previously registered in the entry authorization can enter. Pets are considered an additional guest, so you must pay $20 per night, even if the total guest capacity is not covered. And their access will be allowed as long as the representative complies with all the rules of community coexistence and responsible pet ownership: Always walk them with a leash and collar, collect their waste with a bag and deposit it in the trash, DO NOT enter the social areas with the pet, take care of the restitution or repair of any damage or extraordinary sanitation that may be caused both inside and outside the property. The house has a parking space for 3 vehicles, maximum 4 if they are small. Please do not exceed the limit to avoid obstructing the road, as it is a narrow street, or occupy neighboring house spaces. The townhouse does NOT have hot water, however, the water in the area is quite warm and pleasant. We DO NOT provide towels with the stay. We have a power generator that serves for the operation of the house WITHOUT COUNTING the air conditioners, that is, it only works for lights, refrigerator and plugs. Although the kitchen has aesthetic details caused by its age, it is fully functional and will be remodeled in the coming months. Carnivals, Easter, school holidays, Christmas, New Year's Eve and holidays have special conditions, please ask for details before booking. Although the townhouse is fully functional, meteorological events and electricity, water, gas, internet, etc. service supply events may occur that are beyond our control and that may affect the operation of our air conditioners and/or refrigerator. That's why we have a trusted staff available to respond promptly in these cases.
