Comfortable bedroom with private shower and toilet

The area where the room is located is very quiet and you can easily walk to supermarkets(AH or Jumbo) or other nice stores(Kruidvat, Action, and more) within 5 ~ 8 minutes. And it takes 15~30 min, depending on whether you cycle or take the bus(bus stop 1 min from stay), to go to Erasmus University. Alexandrium shopping center is 10 min from the place. Alexander train station is about 15 min away from the place. It is a comfortable, safe, and accessible living area with enough nature around it. The space This room is equipped with a private toilet and bathroom, a hairdryer, a bed with drawers, a desk to do your work, a chair, a closet for you to hang up your clothes, a kettle to boil water, a cup, bowls, plates and cutlery, coffee, tea, shampoo & body wash. No toothbrush & paste, please bring your own :) Parking outside the room is free of charge. Guest access The room is next to our house. So you will be entering it from the outside, which gives you a lot of separation and privacy. During your stay You can always contact me to ask questions. And arrival & leaving time is negotiable. Other things to note The place is suitable for people who seek to relax and work. No parties, smoking, drugs, pets are allowed. Playing instrument is ok, as long as it's not too noisy and inside the quiet hours(10pm-7am).
