Waterfront Family friendly cottage located on 6 acres on the Albemarle Sound in Jarvisburg, NC with private beach. Relax, take in amazing sunsets or enjoy 4 kayaks for exploring the Cypress lined shoreline. Water is clean with sandy bottom and very shallow for young children. The new H2O OBX water park is 5 miles away and the Outer Banks is 10 miles away. The Albemarle Sound is the largest fresh water sound in North America. The space This property is excellent for families. There is gas grill, gas firepit and 7 porches and decks that afford everyone privacy when needed! There is an outdoor shower and large yard for games with picnic table. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking and dining in. Table seats 10 and 2 bar chairs. Guest access Entire house Other things to note House is on septic system so please treat accordingly! Use garbage disposal “sparingly”! Crabs welcome seafood scraps/shells disposed of off the dock out kitchen door! There is no /trash pick up but please use 4 cans inside shed. Please use black bags for the compactor bag and put in tan and green cans in large shed.. keep shed doors closed.. The recycle container is in bottom of pantry..no need to separate ..extra garbage and recycle bags are in the pantry. I will ask our gardener to come by and get contents of the cans mid week if necessary.
