The space 30m2 living area consisting of: - A living room of 16 m² with fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, 6 cutlery dishwasher, 8kg washing machine, multifunctional microwave, fridge with freezer, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and all dishes and kitchen utensils, a dining area with an extension table and 4 chairs, a 140 BZ sofa, 2 stools, living room table, connected TV, fiber internet box in storage cabinet. - A bedroom of 7.10m² with a bed 160x200, pillows and duvets, storage furniture, shelves and clothing rack. - A cabin room with 4.30m ² door equipped with 2 90x190 bunk beds, pillows and duvets, furniture with shelves. - A bathroom with shower, vanity, towel dryer, hair dryer, mirror and WC. - Baby bathtub, baby high chair, cot with mattress and mattress pad (sheet or turbulette not provided). - Board games, books. - Cleaning accessories and 2 tea towels. - Private outdoor space with a sunrise wooden terrace, wooden table with benches, gazebo with folding canvas, electric plancha on stainless steel table, courtyard with artificial lawn sun in the afternoon with 2 sun loungers, cold water tap and laundry line. - Car and bike parking -These are included in the rental price, water, electricity (except electric car incompatible with the house meter), heating 20°, Wifi. - Optional steps: sheets 30 euros for the double bed, 15 euros per bunk bed, beds made on arrival - Towels and glove 10 euros per person. to be specified. A deposit of 500 euros (not productive of interest) will be requested from the tenant upon arrival on the premises. The deposit will be returned within a maximum of 15 days after the tenant's departure, minus any damage. Cleaning deposit The deposit of a cleaning deposit of 150 euros ( not productive of interest) will be requested from the tenant upon arrival for the cost of repairing the premises if the tenant has neglected to do so before his departure from the premises.(Cash deposits or wire transfers) Other things to note Possibility to rent 3 nights minimum outside high season.
