Stay in our unique, private renovated garage. Located on a relatively quiet back street in the heart of Fitzroy. Steps from Lune Croissanterie, Brunswick Street, and Smith Street, offering vibrant bars, cafes, and restaurants. The space The guesthouse is a 30-second walk away from Lune Croissanterie, where you can enjoy some of the best pastries in the city. A 2-minute walk from bustling Brunswick Street, filled with bars, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk to the vibrant Smith Street. Guest access The place is completely private with no shared spaces. You’ll have your own private entrance via the garage door. There is a connecting door to the main house, but rest assured, it is locked from our side, and there is also a lock on your side that can only be set from your side. Other things to note We live upstairs: Your quarters are completely private. We live in the main house upstairs, we also have a tiny dog upstairs, so you may hear us from time to time. Noise: The guesthouse is on a quiet back street in Fitzroy, away from noisy bars. However, you may hear foot traffic and conversations from people outside, especially if they stop for photos in front of the graffiti walls. The garage door is not completely soundproof. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be ideal. But if you value location and proximity to shops, cafes, and vibrant nightlife, this will be a great fit. Parking: There is no private parking. There is a car park nearby with 4-hour parking available, which is a ~3 min walk from the house. No Full Kitchen: Please note that we do not have a full kitchen. However, you will have a mini-fridge, toaster, kettle, and microwave for your convenience. Gym Equipment: Please note that the gym equipment in the garage is not available for use during short stays, as it requires a safety induction.
