A farmhouse with recent renovations featuring all modern amenities including washer/dryer/dishwasher, a large kitchen with new appliances, beautiful gardens, and a beautiful outdoor patio and pergola with chiminea, dining table, sofas ,gas grill, set amongst lush gardens and trees. Gather for relaxing afternoons under our pergola surrounded by flowering trees and plants and take in spectacular views. On our same property, you can walk for lunch, dinner, and drinks at the award winning Aurora brewing Company or walk next door to Long Point Winery for wine tastings. Grill out on the patio and gather at our large outdoor dining table or lounge on the patio sofa and chairs. When you're looking for some time away, we are within just a few miles of multiple wineries, the village of Aurora (2 miles) for dining, shopping, lake access, golf course, and wells college. Long point state park (1.5 miles) for beaches, outdoor fun, and a boat launch, as well as local hikes and gorge walks all around. ithaca is a short 25 minute drive, auburn a 20 minute drive. Check out our local general store and the king ferry corner store for local goods, food and amenities, and just to take in the local vibe. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath. Bedroom 1 is an en suite with walk in shower. This bathroom is shared with bedroom 1 and 3. Please note that access to bedroom 3 is via bedroom 1 through a hallway which is separated by a door and hallway. Both bedrooms have plenty of privacy from each other. Bedroom 2 and 4 are located next to bathroom 2. Bedroom 4 is a smaller room with 2 single beds- good for kids but can accommodate adults who don't mind single beds and smaller room. Please note in picture that bathroom 2 has a lower ceiling over the tub/shower (old farmhouse!), and therefore the showerhead is low and is best for kids and smaller adults only. Both showers have a handheld showerhead option. Bathroom 1 does not have a tub, but a full sized walk in shower. Guest access guests have access to entire home
