A comfy room in a splendid historic 19th century home in the downtown Fall Creek neighborhood. A perfect location! Short walk to majestic Ithaca Falls, the Commons, cafés, restaurants and shops. Short drive to IC and Cornell and the many local state parks. Room is upstairs, shared bathroom and very spacious downstairs lounge, dining room, full kitchen and front porch with gardens for pleasure and work. The apartment is fully equipped but if you need anything at all please ask! Coffee shop and fun restaurant a half a block away. Guest access The front door has an electronic code lock. Besides you bedroom, you will have full access to all common rooms of the house: bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room (excluding the basement). You will also have access to the back yard. Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed which can easily accommodate 2. Please feel very welcome! During your stay I live in the apartment next door and I am gladly available to serve as needed. In case of emergency, I'm on-call 24 hours. Other things to note Parking is free and on-street only but there is always space available on our little street. There are a lot of beautiful natural areas to explore nearby. The house is particularly close to Ithaca Falls and Stewart Park at the shore of the lake. Wonderful for wildlife and bird watching, canoeing, kayaking, biking or walking.. The abundant Ithaca Farmer's Market is also nearby and my favorite winery, Red Feet.
