Welcome to my renovated oceanfront unit at the popular Boardwalk Resort in downtown Myrtle Beach. This unit was renovated in February 2024 with fresh paint, new bed frame/mattress, sleeper sofa, tvs, vanity, and decor. Nestled within a few blocks of the world famous boardwalk, this unit gives you enough space from the hustle and bustle but still provides you within walking distance to all the downtown action. 18+ responsible people welcome You will be responsible for you and your guests The space As you walk in, you’ll be greeted with the spacious king bed in the bedroom. There you’ll find a 50” Smart TV to watch your favorite shows while winding down after a busy day. Closet has an iron, iron board, and a place to hang clothes. Please note the bedroom does not have a dresser. 1-2 luggage racks will be available. Beyond that, you’ll slide into the kitchen where you’ll have access to an electric range, microwave, and refrigerator. Enough supplies to make your simple meals. Opposite of the kitchen is a vanity. The toilet and jetted tub/shower is sectioned off for your own privacy. Finally, you’ll make your way into the living room where you’ll have a wide view of the Atlantic Ocean. Here you’ll find a 60” Smart tv above an electric LED fireplace. The couch also houses a queen sleeper with gel foam padding. Off to the side, there’s a custom made countertop to enjoy your meals or perform business work. Bedroom and living can be made private as they both have doors that can be closed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit. Approximately 533 square feet. You’ll receive a custom code for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Pool hours are October-March 10am-9pm, April-September 9am-10pm.
