With its charming atmosphere and breathtaking views, The Cozy Coop offers a retreat for two, with the option to accommodate a third person on the fold-out futon. Explore miles of hiking and biking trails right at your doorstep, or indulge in a day of fishing, swimming, or paddleboarding on the uncrowded waters of City Lake. As your hosts, we are just a stone's throw away at the top of the hill, ensuring your privacy while still being readily available to assist you with anything you may need. The space Ultimate space to unplug!! The Cozy Coop is tucked into the bottom of the hill just off of Dawn Hill Road with City Lake across the street. You have a couple of options to access City Lake. You can take a quick 30-second drive to reach the lake and the hiking/biking trails. Alternatively, you can walk along Dawn Hill Road, which is an uncrowded two-lane road. Just remember to use caution since there isn’t a sidewalk. Other things to note Park anywhere in the gravel driveway. Use caution when walking up to the deck, it is very steep with loose rock. Also, we do not have WiFi. We offer an unplug and unwind atmosphere. Bring a good book and breath some fresh air. Lay down the glowing oracle that steals your attention and reclaim your soul!
