A former neighborhood grocery store, this unique home has a style all of its own. Renovated in 2022, this is great place to stay and explore Ypsi, Ann Arbor, and the surrounding area. Walkable to numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Depot Town, EMU, and Downtown Ypsi, are just a short stroll away. The house is just a 15 minute drive to the Big House, 20 minute drive to downtown Ann Arbor, 20 minute drive to Detroit Airport (DTW), and 35 minute drive to downtown Detroit. Full kitchen has breakfast bar, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials. Living / dining area has large Smart TV, record player, L Shaped couch, Recliner Chair, and a dining table with 4 chairs. Main bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, smart TV, and patio doors that open out onto the back deck. Second bedroom has a Full (double) bed. There is a also a blow up mattress suitable for a child (or small person). Second bedroom has a large walk in closet that has been converted into a home office space. Bathroom has a twin vanity, a Japanese soaking tub, and a luxury shower. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway opposite the bathroom. Back deck has a table, chairs, and gas grill. Dedicated off-street parking space to side of house. The house comfortably sleeps 4 adults. There are 2 beds. There is also an inflatable mattress, suitable for a child. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and yard. Other things to note This is our home and we are excited to share it with you. Please treat it as you would your own home. You will be given your own unique code for the door, this code will expire after you check out. We are on a residential street so please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors. We allow small pets, but please contact us before booking to discuss this. We will give you enough essentials for a short stay (TP / Paper towels / laundry detergent etc.) If you need to stock up on goods there are lots of grocery stores nearby. We find that the space is perfect for couples, and comfortably sleeps 4 people. We do accept 5 guests but please be aware that the sleeping arrangements are 2 beds (one Queen, one Double) and 1 blow up mattress. When booking, please add the number of guests and pets (if applicable) to the reservation.
