Urban garage studio is walking distance to restaurants, downtown and across from a grocery (Newport Market) . 3 miles to Phil's trail, 20 mins to Bachelor, 10 min walk to downtown, 5 mins to the river. It's modern and new. It's above a garage behind a main house, on an alley that backs up to commercial business and properties. Great for couples, single professionals or outdoor enthusiasts. Hot tub!! (only available fall / winter / early spring - it's empty July-Aug/Sept). Bright and high end The space This is a studio apartment over the garage. There are a set of stairs to climb to access this space. The 'courtyard' and hot tub is shared space. We drain the tub in June as it’s hot here July-Sept and the tub just isn’t as nice during those months. There is no TV, but there is WiFi. It backs up to alley of commercial property. It's outfitted with blackout blinds and it gets quiet at night. There can be garbage trucks at early morning hours, so be aware if you're late sleeper. It's modern, new and very chic. All new appliances and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The Murphy bed is in the main living area, there is no bed up in the loft. 50% discount with 28 day rental. Sorry no other discounts. Guest access Guest accesses through the alley side of the building, on the right side of the building, through a privacy gate. Parking is on the either 11th street or Ogden Avenue. You are welcome to use the parking pad in front of the garage door for loading and unloading, then move your car to the street. Only register guests allowed on property and in hot tub. Other things to note There is no TV in this rental. There is WiFi and good coffee and bar accessories. There is a grocery store across the street, along with wonderful restaurants and bakeries. You can walk to downtown, the river and shopping. Studio is equipped with a washer and dryer, full shower and plenty of space to put your things. Please do not bring sport equipment into the ADU (skis, bikes). 50% discount with 28 day rental, sorry no other discounts. The hot tub is drained in summer and only available during winter months. There are cameras on the property to protect us both. They are located at my back door which monitors my porch and the garage door. And also in the alley which monitors my parking pad. There are none aimed at the hot tub for your privacy.
