Shakes & Sand - Cozy Condo in Heart of Bear Lake!

Welcome to our beach-inspired townhome, located within walking distance to shops, eateries, and the shores of sapphire Bear Lake. Famous raspberry shakes are steps away. With parking for four vehicles, and accommodations for eight adults on comfy-cozy mattresses, your ease and relaxation are assured. Nearby, explore hiking and OHV trails, or hit the slopes at Beaver Mountain Ski Resort, a mere 20-minutes away. A stay at our coastal chic condo will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! The space The neighborhood: Our condo is nestled within The Seasons townhomes on Seasons Lane in the heart of Garden City. You'll be within walking distance of a full-service grocery store (deli, bakery, liquor store, and a great assortment of groceries, meats, and produce), as well as several restaurants and shops. Two-car Garage: You'll be able to park two cars inside our double garage, plus two more vehicles in front of the garage. An exterior keypad makes it easy to come and go. In the garage you'll find a broom and vacuum plus a highchair for your little one. A full-size dumpster is right at the end of the building for your convenience. Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, side by side fridge with ice and water dispenser, and a dishwasher. You'll find a drip coffee maker, crock pot, pancake griddle, and toaster, plus plenty of pots/pans, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, utensils, and plates/bowls/cups for your whole crew. We've even stocked our kitchen with kids' dishes and cups. Living Room: Right off the kitchen is a gathering space with a sofa and two comfy armchairs. Enjoy the wall-mount TV with sound bar where you can log into your streaming subscriptions to keep watching your favorite series (just remember to log out before your leave!). An electric fireplace provides ambience in the evenings and will add extra heat to the room on chilly nights. Our dining table and chairs are adjacent so you can even enjoy movies while you chow down on those famous raspberry shakes! Half Bath: Adjacent to the main level living space across from the kitchen is a handy half bath. Family Room: At the top of the stairs is a cozy gathering space with a big sectional sofa and a second TV with sound bar. The sofa makes up into a bed large enough for two (bedding is stored under the lounge section of the sofa). A second electric fireplace warms you as you enjoy your favorite movie or read from our library of books. Primary Bedroom: This bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a luxurious foam mattress topper that feels like sleeping on a cloud. The lamps on the end tables have charging ports for all your electronics. Primary Bathroom: A full, ensuite bathroom adjoins the primary bedroom and has a tub/shower with double sinks. Bedrooms Two and Three: These bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed with the same soft mattress toppers as the primary bedroom. Lamps with charging ports are in these bedrooms, too. Additional Full Bathroom and Laundry: Just down the hall from the family room is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. There's also a washer and dryer. Patio: Outside the front door is a small patio and a grassy area that faces the mountains to enjoy those beautiful Bear Lake sunsets. Guest access You'll have use of the entire unit.
