This quiet top-floor end unit comfortably sleeps 5 guests and offers the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. Unlike many Ocean City rentals, we do not have a minimum renter age requirement beyond Airbnb’s booking requirements. We welcome responsible guests of all ages, whether you’re planning a family vacation, couples getaway, friends’ trip, beach weekend, or celebrating a special occasion. The condo features a newly renovated kitchen with updated appliances, luxury vinyl flooring throughout, a spacious living room with streaming services, and a screened balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. Guests also have access to one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, complete with lifeguards during the summer season. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a full-over-full bunk bed in the guest room. Both bedrooms and the living room include TVs with access to popular streaming services. Please note: This is a third-floor unit with stair access only. Guests must provide their own sheets, towels, toiletries, and paper products. Linen rental services are available locally if needed. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, screened balcony, and both bedrooms and bathrooms. You’ll also enjoy access to one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a guest favorite during the summer season. Free parking is available on-site, and the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and local attractions are all within walking distance. Other things to note To help keep our condo an affordable option for guests, bed linens, bath towels, and personal toiletries are not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own, or we can provide information for a local linen rental company that will deliver linens before your arrival and pick them up after your departure for added convenience. Basic household supplies and paper products are provided. We also try to leave a few extra items such as toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, and mouthwash whenever available; however, guests should plan to bring any personal items they may need during their stay.
